What we use

Supabase authentication sets first-party session information so the service can recognise the signed-in adult, renew a secure session, and protect parent, child, quest, and practice pages. Security mechanisms may also store information needed to prevent misuse and complete a request.

Why there is no cookie banner

These functions are strictly necessary to provide the account service requested by the adult. They are not used for behavioural advertising or analytics. We therefore explain them here without presenting a consent banner that would imply they are optional.

What we do not currently use

• Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Behavioural analytics cookies.
• Social-media tracking pixels.
• Device fingerprinting for marketing.

If this changes

Before setting non-essential storage, we will update this notice and provide a clear choice that makes rejection as easy as acceptance. Browser controls can remove existing session information, but doing so may sign the adult out.
